A Focus on RMD Client-based Services

Clients can be segmented by assigning multiple services on the client services screen. Once services are assigned to clients, groups may be created to focus on those receiving a specific service, such as Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).

​During the year, group reports filtered by service may be run to generate direct communications to the clients based on the selected services. For example, you may send bulk emails to a group of clients receiving the same service, or generate a mailing list.
